This was made from clear epoxy fiberglass lit with LED’s. Like the other clear fiberglass models, masks were placed on the unpainted body, then after final painting was finished, the masks were removed to allow the internal lighting to show through.
I made two versions, one with an aztec type paint scheme with heavy weathering and a traditional version reminiscent of what was seen in the original Star Trek TV show.
Model is 18″ wide.
